From what I've gathered, Senate will kick the RBOC's bill out and reaffirm the Telecom Act 1996. House is iffy but with enough lobbying from other companies beside RBOC's they may not let it passed. There's another bill from AT&T calling for the breakup of baby-bells.

Buy telecom.
