Mohan, I can always count on a transportation engineer to hit on the crux of the debate. Poor old conservatives have no idea how much of the infrastructure they enjoy for free or at cut rates is due to govt. planning or govt. incentives and how little has do to private initiative. They remind me of the senior citizen who complained during the Billary Health Plan fiasco that she didn't want the govt. getting involved in her Medicare and screwing it up. -g- MB
