See? This proves that it is important to repeat the same simple message over and over again until people get it. Like I have said numerous times, Cowpatty may be vulnerable because he violated his fiduciary duty to put shareholders interests above his own, when he sold shares just ahead of the release of bad news about sales which it is reasonable to think he should have known about.

As anyone who knows even a little about business law is aware, you cannot sue management for being incompetent. Fraud, yes. And lots of other things too. But courts give managers a lot of lattitude to exercise their business judgement, good or bad.
