Hi Jay - It's pre election movement- time for everyone who doesn't want to stay till Jan 2005 to get off or get pushed out. Ari Fleisher was married about six months ago, with the war over and the tax package almost through, a good time to leave. Press secretaries last 2-3 years on average. Chris Whitman is political - not sure who will go in her place. No idea what the deal is with General Franks - most likely internal Defense / Army politics. Expect about a dozen more high level changes, especially over the summer, when things are quite and the kids are out of school.
