Grampa, those who study eschateology pick a hard subject so many just choose to believe what they are taught by other well meaning people who in themselves have accepted a false belief based on what others tell them. There are many Scriptuires that prove the Parousia occured in 70 AD. "You will not have gone through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man comes."
