Nice trade on OCNF. I took a little off as well, figuring the gap between 1.46 and 1.52 may fill. I see the last YA Global 424b at 1.63, so that's encouraging.

As far as FCH preferred, I think more bang for buck on the common. No dividends anyway on preferred, but divs are not my focus and I rarely look at the preferred. 3 months is a long time to wait for a dividend and in 3 month periods, anything can happen. So long term investments on the idea of collecting a dividend every 3 months is not my focus. With so much else on my plate, I just can't study every aspect of the market and choose to focus on serious undervaluation in common stocks.

BTW, my value watch list has been reduced from 503 stocks to 425, due to many reaching above tangible book now. That's 15% less stocks I have to follow closely. Although I do keep an eye on the ones that have gone from serious undervaluation to overvaluation during the rally.
