F.Lynn, As far as management issues, there is nothing wrong with the background, competency or experience. The success of ACRT further confirms their competency at what they are doing. Yes, Mr Aharoni went bankrupt in 1983. 4.3 million people go bankrupt in the U.S.a alone every year. A businessman failing at a business in his early attempts is nothing new. pink has chosen to beat it to death, and, has lied and slandered Mr Aharoni unmercifully.
As far as accounting practices... ACRT has filed all documents and been audited accordingly. Why should all of pinks ridiculous accuisations be disproven? Why doesn't he attempt to prove... just one of the lies he has claimed? Why should ACRT or owners of the stock disprove his lies? In fact, if you chose not to believe the accounting or statements by ACRT as credible, how can you disprove lies?
The TAD is patented. Until challenged in court, it's value will never be established.
Lies? How about American Indemnities cancelling their insurance coverage of ACRT? A total lie! How about repeated claims that Mr Aharoni had abscounded? A total lie! There is just a few for you... I don't really have the time to refute pinks nonsense word by word... it's too much BS.
Feel free to look over each post for your answers.

By the way, I like very much the fact that instiutional ownership has gone from 8% to 24.9% over the last 3 weeks, plus the increased fund ownership. That speaks volumes for me.
