A good economy is a boon to all income strata. The last nearly 20 years should be proof of that. The economy's impact goes far beyond what any social programs have been able to accomplish. The historically high effective rate of income taxation is beginning to be a drag on the economy. For the economy to produce wealth at the maximum we need the lowest possible income taxes. Everyone benefits - and benefits big time.
