OPAY - don't forget someone has to handle all those online payments, could see them branching out from just the government sector. Also partner is Imperial Bank with $6 billion in asset holdings (California based bank). This is a sleeper and a great play in the B2B sector, keep an eye on it for an entry. Bought some again on this AM pullback.
