J.L.-- Judge Johnson may end up recusing herself, as one of her staff testified before the House in the impeachment proceedings. Last I heard, Johnson was set to meet with both the Jones and Clinton attorneys regarding her ability to render an impartial decision. A ruling on contempt charges may await a replacement jurist. ian
