I also find it disturbing that the CFO of the company is leaving. Especially when it seems that they are leaving for a lessor company. In addition when the stock behave's the way it did today a person might become paranoid and wonder if someone has insider information regarding negatives in the company.

Those are my negative thoughts. On the positive side is as follows;

1. The company uses Delloitte & Touche as their independent Auditors ( a reputable CPA firm ). They are looking over Cubes' shoulder.

2. Hagedorn was with the company only since 1997. Cube had a healthy financial picture before he got there. It also makes it more conceivable that during the honeymoon period both parties decided the relationship wasn't going to work.

3. While not to disparage Mr Hagedorn, Cube might have realized that the controller which is only one step below CFO, and has been with them scince 1995 was the best choice for the job.

4. All the fundamentals that attracted me to Cube about 14 months ago are still in place.

So today based on the info I have of the company, I saw today as a buying opportunity ;-)
