Cwillyg, I'm paralleling you with AHT. Bought in early '08, and have added more under $2. After considering your post now, I decided to reduce position somewhat too and so book the loss on some high cost shares. Hotel reits apparently being an area you are involved with, I'll look closer at your pick of SPPR. Had you considered the preferred? quotes.nasdaq.com Turned out to be some buy if someone had the nerve and awareness to buy at low ($1.05/sh with an .80/yr div.).
