My favorite part of the conference call was the gentleman in charge of R&D who had an Asian accent.. he was answering a question about how Ozzie's products compared to the competition while they were tested head to head in the labs. i.e. "We are the best".. he sounded so cocky about it in a quiet way.. it was great.
