Don,

I was looking into your positions on the XAL 700's...

I have to tell you that these positions are WAY underwater... they are like 7 points undervalued..

This to me means 2 things.. 1) Everyone is jumping on 2) MM;s are playing with them...

The move you will make out of the gate isnt much... 1%

You will have to hold for about 20 plus points to get out of the range that we have discussed on here, to the point that MM's arent messing and the price stabalizes..

So how long are you going to hold these puts? If the index drops, you will NOT see a percentage move that you should..

I was thinking about getting in, but they are pricier than the OEX, and as stripped..

I remember you saying that the price doesnt influence the move, but a 7 point undervalument is a BIG concern to me.. and I wanted to let you know...

Any recent read on IBM? It wants to get to 100... I want it to ~ggggg~
