P,lease explain your post regarding the conversatin with Morgan this morning. You know, the one that said the reason this wasn't trading was because the SEC failed to notify RMIL that they needed to fill out some form.

And who do you think will have the courage to submit a 15C2-11? I know two former market makers that will not. Have you ever seen a 15C2-11?
