To quote FP, March 5.: Hookup is the country's second largest IAP, ..will probably have
to reduce the price of .. IPO in wake of stock declines. (No other scaling back;
strong demand.) Hookup (may drop) offering price...expected (below) $9
per share. ...Hookup (issued) $11 million in special warrants (Dec.95)
The company has used ..proceeds to make acquisitions and jumpstart its subscriber
base to more than 35,000.

Another article today in Toronto FP announces that PSINet has come to
town, with goal of 25,000 subscribers in 1996 in Canada. Aims
to buy Passposrt Online (Toronto, 2K subs). PSINet has 100K
subscribers in US now.
