If Rubin is managing the gold conspiracy, his style is not to fight a trend in full steam. I'd watch out for a lul though for a major effort at hammering this back. What I heard on Le Metropole is that the "gold cartel" has been told to unwind and has actually been doing so. Still, my guess would be this has a way to go before a "real" gold market is restored.
