I suppose there has to be a means of new ventures raising highly speculative funds. Unfortunately, a little too often the sales force may not be held sufficiently accountable for misleading "investors".

I further believe that there are too many people who either lack basic information, are naive, gullible or otherwise ill-equipped to resist the tempting offers being made. Some people might even call these offers as being fraudulently made.

The TSE, ASE and VSE have done me a major favour - their behaviour has chased a sizable portion of my funds to the NYSE and NASDAQ - and we all know how well the Canadian $ has done. :-)
