JF or anybody else,

Since BOCI is KFlex, lets use the resources of this thread worldwide to compile information about regional and local ISPs and what they support. Yes, this effects the BOCI business and I believe it is relevent to this thread.

Right now, I understand the only connection you can get at 56K is AOL (if the isn't busy-- couldn't help it). I use IBM, but they are only promising it soon. I know many smaller local ISPs are positioning themselves in the Flex camp.
