Gerard, The financial press is lazy and stupid. If your counting on articles like this or publications like Forbes to make serious decisions, you might as well ask some guy on the street what kind of third hand info he has. I find it amazing no one gives Mory credit for saving our asses. The cascade buy turned out to be a stroke of genius, your stock would be at $15 w/o it. I for one have not seen ONE integration problem (unlike USRX),And neither has anyone else. The press simply makes the assumption since the stock went down. Ascend doesn't feel like a company that is waiting for or wants to be bought out.
