There are some things here not adding up:

Cube CFO leaving is not a big deal to me, as has been stated he was on his way down the ladder anyway and is replaceable.

The China standard may be a factor, but I dont know how that will pan out yet, and CUBE should have known which way the scales were tipped there ahead of time. Maybe this is where the extra R&D expense last qtr went?

CUBE did NOT buy back that debt if were not in their best interest long term. A point here or a few pennies in earnings did not make that decision. IMO...the management thinks the stock is going higher, and used some cash wisely by buying the debt. Sorta like a UIS move, and it has worked for them.

Just my thoughts & opinions. Do your own homework, but I think there is more to come before this is settled.
