Eddy... I don't proclaim to be a financing guru either. I still get confused renewing the mortgage on my house! I believe that most companies (or individuals)are interested in a P.P. but they see the value in the warrants rather than the initial P.P. price. If a P.P. is done at .30 or .35, it doesn't make a great deal of difference in the long run if eventually the stock trades at 1.00, and you exercise your warrants. With this said though, a fair amount of stability in the stock does make for more confidence in the investors coming to the table in the first place. Most investors do not put as much value on the P.P. but in the generous pre-determined warrant. I know that when i participated in a private placement that this was the case. Kensington has found "something" (another substantial rumor i heard) and it's just a matter of time before they gain private investors with more credibility. But stability in price is what will determine this. Credible investors are as important to KRT as what is in the ground IMO and this is what will bring institutional investors to the table. It's the difference between having "Harry Schluckemheimer" endorse your company through P.P. or a brand-name institution like a Bank. I don't personally know if I'm right or wrong here but that is my take. Anyone else with a slant on this. Buddy? A.J.? Lillian? Zeev?
