Just an observation (based partly from experience).....I cant imagine that all of the rumours that surround the Q on a daily basis are good for employee morale (and thus productivity). If employees in the handset division begin to believe that they will be sold off (especially to a slow-growth European company) they may just decide to start jumping ship. The longer the rumours persist the worse it would get....Isnt Nokia just down the road from Qualcomm? I know I would probably rather work for a company like Nokia than Siemens.

Hopefully none of this is going on in the handset division (I dont have any personal knowledge).....
