Remember that the conversion of the Series C would brng in $745 million too, if all were converted and would save the 6% yield they are currently being paid. Also, commencing Nov 9, 1999, Loral can redeem these for cash or Loral stock.

All this means basically is depending on who if anyone converts, and whether Loral redeems the CPEO's for cash, stock or both, that it is anyone's guess how many additional shares will be out there in 2000.
