Don't know where Briefing.com got this spin, it's better than the official announcement: Ericsson LM (ERICY) 29 7/8 -3 11/16: President & CEO, Nilsson, unexpectedly resigned due to what traders are suggesting were bitter differences with the board... Spokesman for the company noted that the board believed that restructuring efforts were moving too slowly... Also noted that Nilsson's resignation was not linked to half-year performance due out 7/23... Chairman Lars Ramqvist assuming CEO position.
