Actually Daniel...You would not have to worry....

First of all...it doesn't matter how many shares you buy, the market maker isn't gonna let you make money...I am an amatuer and know that.

Secondly, the matter of manipulation. I recently was concerned about a transaction that I suspected might not have been legal. I consulted a broker about the legality -- and though he thought the matter in question was illegal, he recommended that I take the matter to those with more expertise, which I did. Anyway, after further investigation I found that a prison sentence in matters of market manipulation requires evidence that the perpetrator "knowingly" violated securities laws. Amatuers like you and me are all over the internet and in such cases if you are in violation they usually take civil action [as opposed to federal] to get you to wise up. Futhermore, amatuers leave an obvious trail, whereas those who are privy to the law are covert...and consequently much harder to catch. Now someone who is making enormous profits and moving lots of $$ -- they are targets for federal investigation.

Anyway...that is what I gleaned...but it is second hand so don't rely on it...do your own DD.
