Daryl,

Anthony's posted statement that Internet gambling was illegal was pretty much a dead giveaway that either his knowledge of the subject matter is deficient or his intentions were to mislead investors. For those who may not be informed, Senator Jon Kyl's proposed Bill addresses the issue of whether or not gambling via the Internet should be permitted or prohibited on a federal level. At last check eight states consider it illegal for their citizens to use the Internet for this purpose. The Wireline Act of 1961 proclaims it illegal to use the telephone to place wagers anywhere, but does not extend to the Internet. The bottom line is, Internet gambling is neither legal or illegal in the United States!
