Thomas and anyone else.A QUESTION to a knowledgeable thread: re money

I have learned a lot from this thread and very few others about the global finance system..I am a butterfly who observes and on occasion drops into . I appreciate your open minds and breadth of knowledge and many times even wisdom.

My question is..who are in control at the very top of the global money system?...it is obviously not the nation states nor the global corporations, and I don't believe it is the central banks ultimately ..nor even the speculators....WHO are the guarantors who control the global finance system..is it one or two, or a few people with money in trusts, and/or... who decided it was time to call Asia with its CRONY Capitalism gone berserk?

Do any of you have any insights or links to the answer?

I think I have learned there are two forms of money...one as the great facilitator of transactions and the other as a form of power..with passion attached. I am more interested in the obsession of the latter towards someone's concept of a world ordered to their desired ends.Perhaps I am just confused and there is only one definition? And the good things happen for the wrong reasons.

Appreciate your patience with this butterfly.
