Ibexx Do you have any thoughts as to why the FOMC wouldn't consider raising margin requirements as a tool of reducing market froth?--this issue has never even been on their meeting agenda as far as I know. Interesting idea (raising margin requirements. But I think the risks outweigh the benefits. Even a moderate correction (1,000 or so) might trigger a crash, because a lot more people would have to sell to meet margin requirements. Joe
