Nokia only sold the handset/device business to MSFT, ironically, that was the major troublemaker left in Nokia. I can't tell whether Nokia will go up from here but the possibility is definitely here. After the deal is closed (which I have no reason to believe it will fall), Nokia will be left with massive cash balance, infrastructure business with positive cashflow, health IP portfolio, map business which has been written off from the book. I don't see a lot of downside from 5 bucks in the near term unless NSN turns south suddenly.
