Well you've been straining the eyes reading the SEC filings too I see. It's great to know we have threadsters who put their energies into such efforts. I for one am very surprised not to see some type of news article doing some follow up on this resignation...it was totally unexpected in my view and we've heard nothing from Bender himself. At least I'd like to hear something from the other side on this...even if it's Bender saying "no comment". Thanx for your efforts, Scrapps
