Jyoti, Unless it's listed under another name, Deswell, Jetcrown, Kwanasia, nor Kwanta are not listed on the Hong Kong exchange. To my knowledge it is only listed on the Nasdaq. The lower price is due to investors not knowing the specifics of Deswell and selling solely because it's a HK based company. Because of this selloff, it got hit by end of year tax loss selling. Read back thru the thread and I believe you'll find the answers to most all of your questions. LOL, Ron
