We have been feverishly trying to track down from our sources if there is any substance to the IM2 NR on Sunday.So far we have not found ANY coroberating[sic] facts to this story.No listing of insider trading except for filings of required forms to allow former directors to sell their shares.Mr. Threshie is a well respected and honorable gentleman and from our members contacts with him, find it almost impossible that he would have any role in the charges made. The company has SUCCESSFULLY tested their technology and that is what has driven the stock price up but not to extrordinary levels. This stock does have a very large short position and we suspect this may be the genesis of this NR..{we note that some of the news services have pulled the posting.] We believe the NASDAQ should halt trading before the morning opening until TXMC issues a news release so that shareholders do not get hurt by a report that we feel may be without merit if not fictitious. We will continue to check with our sources and report anything that sheds light on this matter. We urge caution on shareholders and investors until a full disclosure is made.
