President's Report
The third quarter has seen a continuation of the work that began earlier in the year. The Company has
improved its financial position from earlier in the year by paying down its debts and settling some old
outstanding litigation. Management continues to keep costs at a minimum while completing the tasks
necessary to turn the Company into a vibrant and progressive exploration and mining company.
Management believes that funding through the use of shares at the current stock price would not be in
the best interests of shareholders. However, funding of some kind will be necessary in the near future.
Our crews in Honduras are continuing the soil-sampling program to the east and south east part of the
property. This anomalous zone now extends more than 3000 metres in length. A number of senior
gold mining companies have expressed interest in the property and three of these have visited the site.
The Company has made no commitment to any one group at this time and is keeping its options open
with regard to exploration and development of the property. Management likes the potential of the
property and will continue to look for the best arrangement for advancing the project. As with the last
quarter the company has continued to conserve cash and has not carried out work on any of its other
properties.
Management believes that the company can soon look forward to advancing both of its main properties
and perhaps acquiring an additional very advanced project which would give the Company production
even sooner than expected. As always we thank our employees, consultants and shareholders for
their continued support.
