Talked to my brother-in-law, he indicated one of their factories
is in Red Boiling Springs, and have used the 'INNO' leased factory
for the same reason in the past.

He could confirm that INNO has a 3 year lease.
They are making BAG's.
Should employ 60 people.
Factory is in good shape, and no child labor.

He plans to visit the factory monday, since he knows the
people who own the factory.

Could not give production information, since they are really
in startup mode. They are using local labor, so they need to
be trained on how to make bags.

Will try and give an update on Monday nite or Tuesday, after
I talk to him again.

I plan to be in Red Boiling Springs on 11/10/96.
Not sure yet if I can visit INNO on a Sat/Sun (are they open?).
Maybe I can pickup a 'reject' bag!! Atleast get something for
my investment... mite be worth more than all my shares of stock.(G)

If we could come up with come good questions myself/brother-in-law
could ask or determine by visual inspection. Of course the questions
should be factory or operations in nature, since I would not be
talking to anybody higher than an operations person, who would
not likly know profit, shares outstanding... etc.
