What do I suggest? I suggest local production. Natural gas from the East Lost Hills play should soon be abundantly available. The people in Kern county like the energy industry and would be far better recipients of your money than Mexico. Now - all you need to do is to make investors think their money is safer in California than Mexico. Right now - are you sure where it is safer? Bob
