It's been discussed here before to some extent, and I finally took a shot on PEI using the recent dip as an opportunity. We'll see. I like the book value of 15.8 a share, I like the estimates finance.yahoo.com and I like the overall pattern where the 10 and 55 day moving averages converged on the dip. The price and volume pattern looks positive with 12 accumulation days (higher volume up days) and 5 distribution days (higher volume down days) during the past 2 months.
