Mr. Mark Thanks for the info. The first one you posted seems promising. However, this computer is on WIN98. I looked for the registry info and can't seem to find it. Do you have a link to a similar document for WIN98? The problem may have occurred due to an upgrade from Netscape 7.00 or 01 to 7.02. The bookmarks are all there, but the mail accounts have disappeared. I have several profiles under Netscape and the others are OK, but the one I am currently using for three mail accounts has lost these mail accounts. Any help appreciated as I really need to recover past mail. Thanks Alan BTW: Is there a better program to use to manage multiple mail accounts. I prefer to stay away from Outlook and would certainly not mind paying for a mail program
