Anyway, when will Canada follow the way UK might have taken in the early 1800s (although that is just getting to, those old realities now in these years, way back from those few funny two-party decades, back then) of implementing some crude way of proportional representation??

Considering UK, is the best way to have either an inofficial or official ban (both work fairly well, says UK) on any public debate, or has Canada come up with something better??

Transferring votes across FPTP districts, is that seen as a smart solution to an old dilemma??
(no jokes on cows nor cow-feed, brains and chainsawed spines)
