I am a little so so on AOC regarding a LT investment but i think it's a good bounce play. At least it has done so several times when it touched 35$. Skimming through the annual reports I see a lot of restructuring going on over the years. What bugs me most however is that they cut the dividend a couple of years ago to 0.6$ and then never bothered to raise it again. They do have a 1.5B$ pension hole that needs to be plugged eventually. One the positive side a lot of their business is internationally so they will benefit from the weaker US$ (at least in US$ terms).
