The Bonds are C-Cube's long term debt. They still had a face value of $67.8M on June 30th. If they are buying more, they are paying less than $.90 to the dollar of face value. This was a good move. I hope they are still doing it. The announcement was better than an announced buy-back. It was a buy-back of almost 700K shares, and it already happened. A lot of buy-backs never occur.
