Yea right Tim!!, that would be the bold an NON-egocentric manuver that might actually allow some outside share holders to get some sort of payoff before Y2K+10 if they don't trade the stock up and down for a few points....in this case it would be more like:

"Lets float some more converts so we can scratch our balls for another year or two and let the shorts pile on again???....or maybe just wait for something to come up?? Damn I wish I had taken that offer from TI at 40. SHit...now they say 25 max."

Another day ends:

"Maybe DVD will ramp next month? What a f^&(*&(king mess we have made of this fellas we need to get cracking!!!....hummmmmmm??"

"I got it!!" says one fabulous IC engineer, "lets release the 2Real-2Believe"..(no PR's means not in time for Santa for the first one) "Maybe MSFT HQ will need a few million of these since the DVD-Ram standard is in the Cold War stage?"

"Hokas Pokas" says another, "at least Divicom has saved us from being ESS'ssed"

ps...my kids want a dog,... I told them they already owned one!!
