I think it is time to buy CIEN when all the firms lower the rating to hold. The reason is that they don't want all of us to buy at this price by putting a hold rating on it so they can get the shares at a cheap price. They all know that CIEN can not and will not be able to stand on its own without merging with a bigger player in the field. It's just a matter of time before CSCO, ASND, or even LU come knotting on the door.
