Two weekends ago Brinker said on Moneytalk that no bear market will begin before summer. He also said he remains positive on the market outlook and will stay 100% invested so long as his indicators remain bullish. Right now there is no way of knowing where the indicators will be this summer or beyond, so any timeline beyond June or so is pointless for now.
