Copper wires in rural markets currently are ill fitted for even a small group of 28.8K modems. On a recent trip to the midwest I found connection times to be very slow. Certain times of the day logging into an online service is virtually impossible due to incredible demand for bandwidth. How would the eventual implementation of xDSL in non urban areas improve this senerio?
