Justin, i totally agree with your assesment of NT and i dread the thought of it comming into my life, but how do you feel about SGI being the player that corrects some of the shortcommings of NT like MP and I/O and a few other things that IRIX does best? do you see an era when SGI/NT boxes pay for the development and building of premium products? will the justification for high end R&D be that whatever is developed can be amortised down at the loathsome mass market? ahhh, the irony, to be subsidised by the unwashed. vincent
