Somewhat OT: "By the way Judge Jackson ought to look into my oil dealer and propane dealer's pricing policies" Did anyone catch the CNN blurb on California gasoline prices today? The state AG has been looking into the fact that CA residents pay far higher gas prices than anyone else in the lower 48. Surprisingly enough, he's found no evidence of wrongdoing but wants another million to further study the matter. That shouldn't be any problem because the state got $75 million in additional sales tax revenues with the higher prices. Yup, consumer protection is his #1 priority. Or is it SUNW, ORCL, etc. protection? I forget.
