I talked with my broker yesterday about another matter and with no prompting he told me that the news would be out today and that the settlement would be for $20M. This would add about $.60 per share to the current price. He figured that it would take 2-3 days for the total effect of the news to boost the price the full $.60. So, what he's saying is, when the news comes out, the price may only gap up 10 cents or so. Then BUY because it has a lot further to go. Ray Emery
