Thanks for your responses. This sounds like it might have some of the makings of a gorilla game.

Couple more questions. Do you see network externalities coming into play here? Do you see the industry potentially consolidating around a standard? (An example would be the way extended value chains support Cisco's standard, or MSFT's windows product, or Intel processors, or Oracle's databases). In Documentum's case, can you see other vendors eventually deciding that it's best to have a dominant player in this market, and to prioritize support around Documentum's product?

Thanks for your time and expertise. I'm going to try to reread the 10K to see if I can better understand this company.
