It's an ADR equivalent to 1/3 of SAP Preferred traded in Frankfurt. In Q3 1998 SAP is scheduled to start trading on NYSE or NASDAQ at which point current ADRs (symbol SAPHY) will be converted into the new ones. HTH, Umnik
